  Just rang up Avis at Gosford spoke to a Man and asked several times about a price on a SUV and he kept on coming back with a small Toyota car...which I didn't ask for only a SUV I think he needs his ears to be checked out for if he can listening skills...not good at all.. well they have lost my business and would recommend them to anyone..which I was going to hire car for 2 weeks or more...I wasted a phone call and time...if there was a Zero Star

  Very easy to deal with. Staff were very helpful at first over the phone and in person which made things easy for me as I was without a car due to a car accident days before and it was a stressful time. I had never hired a car before. The discount code from the NRMA was great.
  The car itself a hybrid Toyota Camry exceeded my expectations with only 16000 km on the clock and it was in a brand new condition.
  I returned the car back 3 days early. They knew who I was after parking the car as I walked into reception I was greeted by my name. I read online that I would have to pay for the entire period that I had hired the car for which makes sense. But when I got inside the friendly staff member said I wouldn’t have to pay for the whole booking period which saved me 3 days of rental. The return process was done within minutes, just asked if I had filled up the fuel, which I had. I had also just washed and vacuumed the inside of the car, maybe that helped the process, I don’t know. Staff were great, relaxed atmosphere, friendly, simple process. Great experience.

  Thankyou Avis of Gosford.
  I wanted to hire a nice car for my wedding weekend...to drive my wife & I from the church in & for the weekend.
  I specifically requested a white Camry sedan and Avis provided me with a brand new car with under 1000klm on it knowing it was for my wedding.
  The staff were very informative and helpful & made the process smooth and efficient and friendly.
  Thankyou so much,I really appreciated that thoughtfulness.
  Well done, I will definitely hire through Avis Gosford again if the need arises.
  The brand new Camry Hybrid is a very stylish and classy car I think.
  Such a pleasure to drive.

  I forget my wallet contains all the essentials I’d and my work and personal cards in the hired car from Avis. The guy on the front of office and back was very helpful to retrieve my wallet.
  
  Many thanks to the Gosford Avis team and the person who drive the same car after me for returning my Wallet

  Friendly prompt service. I've always gotten a vehicle, and iv used them quite a few times . It's reasonably priced and even when you're covered by insurance.

  I've had cause to use Avis Car Hire at Gosford on several occasions, I have always felt like the service is personal, the staff are warm and friendly, I have no hesitation recommending this business to one and all.

  Worst car hire business on the central coast! I believe you should put all charges on your website. These mugs like to make up a deposit price once you get there. This made me have to walk 2.5k back home to get money and 2.5k back. Was treated poorly by the 1st man that served me, 2nd man behind the counter was helpful and the 3rd lady was straight up rude to my face when the bank said there was more than enough money in my account to cover it and the problem was at their terminal. 4 other people used the terminal before me but for some unexplained reason, she couldn’t get mine to work! Never going back! Hurtz west Gosford is a much better and friendlier bunch. Go there people
