  The worst Chemist Warehouse EVER!
  
  This used to be our favourite chemist but over the last 6 months the service and attention to detail is just not there. It seems to have changed owners. The staff seem so uninterested.
  
  They told us 30min wait in the end it was just short of an hour. After waiting, we were handed our medications and headed to the cashier. We were not advised that 1 medication was on back order and rudely, we were still charged for it!!
  
  This meant we HAD to come back to collect, which working out of the area was hugely inconvenient.
  
  We didn’t know it was back ordered till we got to the cashier. Only when the cashier saw we were one medication short and called over the Chemist that we were advised they had run out of that medication and it’s on back order.
  
  Also, all medications must now be processed at the register at the back of the store. Which means there is a constant long queue.
  
  The register at the front of the store is only for products you purchase off the shelves. It’s always empty and kind of wasted.
  
  The layout needs to change so their are multiple registers in one area to reduce queue waiting time.
  
  The customer service here is just not what it used to be.

  Waited at the front register to buy a box of rat tests, was told they are at the other end of the store. Lined up again and was told to go to the “other counter” I said to the guy, so I have to walk over there and line up again? He said yes. He could have walked over and got the box himself but I had to go and wait in another line. Customers were complaining about 45 minute wait times for scripts. Understaffed and the staff that are there need to work a bit better!
  Also, why aren’t the rat tests just on the shelf!!?????

  Sold Expired baby porridge, manner of casher manager.
  Brought a bag of 8 months+ apple cinnamon porridge, after fed it to my baby twice, I found out it has been expired 3 weeks since purchased date. Angry and Disappointed! Took it back, first casher young ladies was alright , said need to talk to her manager.
  The cashier manager was rude, no apologies, although she swapped the product for me. I asked how was that happened, she pointed to the people at back said “they didn’t checked them”. Sounds like she was not working here and Faults are all others. As a team manager / representative of store, shouldn’t you say we, not they.
  No wonder sell expired products. Saw another bad review of senior cashier………
  Disappointed on both expired product and the way they dealt with!

  They took a full hour to do my prescription whilst I stood there.
  
  Many other prescription customers came and went in the meantime.
  
  The worst part was that they provided no explanation or ETA.
  
  They were incredibly unprofessional throughout.

  The best and cheapest chemist as compared to many around. Not many chemists can beat their prices
