  Professor Robert Heard is such a pleasant person in what he does. I admire his achievements and academic credibility. The staff members are very professional, I’d definitely recommend Professor Robert Heard to everyone.

  Extremely rude staff. The lady city at the counter doesnot have any manners and communication skills. Im absolutely shocked to see the behaviour of these people who would not connect me with the dr despite being his patient and would start being extremely rude to me over the phone. Disgusting behaviour

  Bedside manner/treatment really hasn’t been very nice at times and I have observed the same behaviour when I have been in hospital towards other patients.
  professor heard’s Arrogance has gotten in the way of receiving the proper treatment as well.go somewhere else if you have the choice on the central coast like dr Reyneke she is the nicest neurologist I have met on the coast her practice is at erina and she works in Gosford hospital.the few other ones I have met seem to have the same Arrogance and it really stops the patient getting the proper care and treatment a patient needs.also something to note is they do not bulk bill.the receptionist was also tricky to deal at times too behaviour wise.I had a bad reaction to a new tablet Professor heard suggested and rang up and was abruptly told by the receptionist go to your GP we don’t deal with that.

  Horrible, long wait time, yet no one in waiting room, ignorant doctor, doesn’t even know why your there and then instead of diagnosing you, he just wants to send my wife for tests even though she has had plenty to say nothing wrong, but he wants to take her licence until he works out what isn’t wrong with her.... money grabber that’s all he is, other doctors can diagnose in an appointment or two not this one, after you are broke and all tests say ok. The power of being able to control if you drive or not when there is nothing wrong and 2 other doctors have said so... is wrong. We were in the room with him 5 minutes and walked out. Don’t do it go to another neurologist and check other reviews, I’m not the only one to find him ignorant

  The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Professor Heard was professional, knowledgeable, kind and reassuring.
