  Melanie and the team at R&H Gosford have done a superb job looking after my investment properties in Gosford, including assisting with managing a complete renovation of two houses and securing quality tenants on market terms. Mel’s dedication and experience is invaluable and she maintains excellent communication with myself, tenants and tradespeople to ensure issues are dealt with efficiently. I would recommend her as a managing agent to investors particularly those not based on the Central Coast.

  In my entire 30 years as a tenant I leased with Raine&Horne in four different properties long term. I was also a tradesman who worked with their Property Management team for 5 years. There is no doubt in my mind that the Raine&Horne team are the best on the Central Coast. Always easy to deal with. Friendly and efficient staff. There was never an issue with routines or final inspections, communication was always there. From a tradesman’s perspective, keys were always available, maintenance requests were clear with the Landlords wants and needs and payments for work completed were always made on time. As a tenant I would highly recommend the dedicated team. As a tradesman I would highly recommend trying to work with them and as an Owner I would most certainly place my investment property in their capable hands.

  Have been dealing with Raine and Horne Gosford for almost 10 years. Melanie and Sean are two great assets to the organisation! Mel ensured that my property was looked after and she kept me in the loop with all the repairs and maintenance. Sean assisted me from buying and selling the property. Sean is very honest and easy to deal with.

  We have had a rental property with R&H for many years and have had the privilege of our property being managed by Melanie Furmston.
  Melanie has been a breath of fresh air. Her attention to looking after our property and managing the tenants has been outstanding. Mel always is available and is professional in every possible way in her dealings.
  We have definitely built a lasting relationship with her and she has done an outstanding job of property management for us. She has been an asset to us and in turn is an asset to R & H.

  Based on our experience in dealing with them & in our opinion, this is what they did to us:
  
  1) First, they sold us this property without disclosing major issues with the property. The matter is now with NSW Fair Trading for investigation. Will keep you posted.
  
  2) Secondly, not satisfied with their non-disclosure, when they try to re-sell the same property and didn't get the listing, they become sore losers and wished us bad, they have a dark soul.
