  Room was overpriced for the experience and comfort level. Loud tenants ar early hours of the morning were not dealt with by management. Staying on the ground floor you can hea red every footstep and chair move upstairs. The aircon was broken and the rhythmic dropping of water pipes on a tin roof added to the night of discomfort. Room was worth maybe $80 a night not the $120 that was charged.

  Good for overnight stays. Bed was only a double, queen would have been good. Friendly staff especially Rebecca.

  Very noisy. It was impossible to sleep over the noise of the main road next to the motel. The rooms had little to no soundproofing. Our room was in serious need of renovation. There didn't appear to be a battery in the room's smoke alarm. The hair-dryer sparked when we tried to use it. Sadly, the list of problems with the motel is a long one. The staff were very friendly, but that didn't make up for the many problems with our room. We left more tired than when we arrived.

  Currently on my second cup of coffee because of such a horrible night of sleep due to noise and the uncomfortable bed. The motel sits on a corner intersection that has a ton of cars (especially trucks) and is incredibly loud. The hotel smelled of old when we walked in and it should have been clear when we walked in and every window was open. The kitchen accommodations for the 2 bedroom apartment were plentiful (gas stove and oven plenty of kitchenware, dishwasher, fridge), but everything felt dirty and had a layer of grease on them. The apartment had enough space for our three kids to move around after a long day in the car. Couches were rock hard and to top it off the front sliding glass door would not lock. The handyman came back, took a couple stabs at fixing it and then when he couldn't fix it, just said he would have to put a new one on tomorrow and left. Also, in the 2 bedroom apartment there is a door in the dining room area that is locked from the other side making it awfully weird.
  
  Finally, for the price of @175 AUD it was definitely not worth the price.

  Great place. Good to have a swim after a 7 hour drive. Not my much road noise being so close to a high way.
