    Amazing, kind ENT who is thorough and isn't quick to push surgery. Goes through all the options. He is Great with young children who are rowdy and active. He did a great job but it was a straightforward surgery. He definitely made sure as a mum I felt reassured. The anethetist he used was female and she was great too.

    He operated both my little girls and was a God sent as they were constantly getting sick due to their tonsils. He was very caring and included them in the discussion and was very caring afterwards. Couldn't be happier with the service and the results

    Expect to be in the waiting room for at least an hour every visit without fail, If you have an 11am appointment get there at 12pm and you shouldn't have to wait too long, very poorly organised on a positive note the specialists are good at their work

    Extremely efficient & caring.
    My attitude to waiting for my appointment is that I know if I need a longer than normal time or I have an issue, it will be seen to, not cut short because of the clock. To me this is a huge positive & reassurance that the patient comes first.

    couldn't thank Dr Neil Thomson enough, very patient, thorough and professional. We went to see a number of ENT specialists and did numerous ear testing over nine months period and were told each time that my daughter has to do grommet. After our consultation with Dr Thomson, we were told that our daughter 's ears look fine and then he referred us to Gosford hospital for testing. It proved that our daughter has fully recovered and does not need grommet at all.
