Went to a open house in 212 to 220 Gertrude Street 3 weeks ago on a Wednesday
I had the application ready to go as I was told I was the only 1 to view the property
So was pretty excited about the outcome
I was told I will know by Friday the same week
But boy was I wrong after numerous calls follow up finally Madeleine called back and advised that the owner was giving the property to his friend for lease
I thought ok Fair enuf but was I wrong
They have been showing the property every week and have reduced the rent to $460
Next time please have the manners or the business sense to properly reject the application and not lie.
Please maintain professionalism and follow up
Thank God we got another property With Raine and Horne gosford with the lovely Danielle the property manager
